The Norwegian International School Port Harcourt is one of the best things the city of Port Harcourt has to offer.

It has been providing world class education for a fraction of what it is worth.

NIS has a safe and conducive environment for learning with a great ambience.

My only child has been in NIS for six years and he is now in his first year of secondary school.

My husband and I are happy with his achievements over the years.

I love that class sizes are small; every child is carried along in a caring environment and encouraged to try new things.

My son has learnt to play the violin, he has become a strong swimmer, is a confident public speaker and so much more.

He has a lot of fun in school and as parents we also look forward to being a part of the fun.

The academic curriculum is intellectually engaging and he is excelling;

his remarkable Cambridge International Primary Checkpoint results attest to the fact that we are on the right path.

At NIS we are a closely knitted community where the children, staff and parents feel like part of a family.

I particularly admire the positive behaviour management strategies employed by the school.

Children learn to take responsibility and to be respectful of others, which reflects our core values as a family.

NIS is the perfect vehicle for the delivery of the well-rounded education my husband and I have always desired for our son.

I am also very excited about the addition of the new world class boarding campus. NIS is getting better every day.

Testimonial for NIS

We joined the Norwegian International School in 2013

and the four years that our children schooled there was well-rounded.

The small class size made learning personal for each child,

as their respective teachers knew and were attentive to their strength and individual learning needs.

We left NIS because the family relocated to Lagos.

I'll like to use this opportunity to say thank you to everyone (Head of school, teachers and non- academic staff)

who played a part in the rich-learning experiences our children had while in NIS.

Our daughter and son attend Norwegian International School

(NIS) and we are incredibly blessed to have them be a part of

this wonderful community.

Our daughter has been in NIS for 7 years and our son has been in

the school for 4 years.

The friendly staff and nurturing educators who sincerely take

the time to know each child & work with them make every day

in Norwegian International School amazing. The concern, the

care, the love shown to all the children every day is unbelievable.

I remember when my daughter and the rest of her classmates

had to write the Cambridge checkpoint exam last year,

every member of staff was involved in making sure the children came out in flying colours.

I can never forget the concern and the involvement in preparing these children to excel.

When my son first joined Norwegian International School,

they made him feel so welcome and helped him to grow academically.

The school environment has brought out the best in my son. He is confident and

has developed great skills. He is an excellent swimmer and plays soccer.

He learnt all of these in Norwegian International School.

The school addresses the educational needs of each child and also their emotional & social wellbeing.

The quality of education, the environment and genuine care given to our children has been wonderful.

We believe that with the high standard, kind of care and growth our children have gotten from NIS,

it would be very difficult for any school to match it.

We are blessed to be a part of the Norwegian International School community.
